Master's Degrees in Additive Manufacturing and Design

The one-year master of science (M.S). in additive manufacturing and design and master of engineering (M.Eng). in additive manufacturing and design programs offer students and working engineers a unique opportunity to become technically outstanding experts in additive manufacturing in residence at University Park or online via Penn State World Campus.

The programs are housed in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, but in reflection of the multidisciplinary nature of additive manufacturing, integrate graduate coursework across multiple departments from the College of Engineering and College of Earth and Mineral Sciences. Contributing departments include Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Science and Mechanics, School of Engineering Design, Technology, and Professional Programs, and Materials Science and Engineering.

See the program’s website for more information, including how to apply and degree requirements.
