The Multiscale Modeling of Materials Lab has two immediate openings for Research Assistantship (Starting Spring of 2011). One opening for Biomechanics and Biophysics, or Mechanics of Soft Matters; the other opening for Nanomechanics. We welcome highly motivated and qualified undergraduate and graduate students trained in relevant fields to apply.
The Cellular Mechanics Lab has one opening for Research Assistantship and one postdoc position. Research of hired individuals will involve in research interfering nanostructured materials and MEMS/NEMS devices with biological cells, including nanoparticle-based drug delivery, biomechanics based design of tissue scaffolds, etc.
