Research Opportunities

Prospective Graduate Students

At the moment, all additional research students must be funded by a teaching assistantship or other source; however, this situation can change. Students interested in graduate thesis work should apply to the Engineering Science and Mechanics Masters and/or Ph.D. programs, and notify me of their interest after they have done so. Outstanding applicants can be accepted as teaching assistantship and then take advantage of research assistantship opportunities as they arise.

Prospective Undergraduate Students

I am always happy to discuss an Engineering Science Senior Thesis project or a Schreyer Honors Thesis. Please contact me if you are interested in my research areas. Also, please note that the Schreyer Honors College can help with summer research funding if applications are received early in the spring.

Prospective Postdocs

There are currently no funded postdoctoral opportunities available.
