Research Experience
- Development of electrical contacts and electrical characterization of Gallium Nitride Nanowires (Augsburg University, Germany).
- Real-time electrical and mechanical characterization of thin films debonding for the study of interface properties in thin films (SIMAP Lab, Grenoble, France).
- Growth of Bulk AlN layer by HTCVD process at 1700 C on silicon carbide substrate in a cold wall chamber(INP Grenoble, France ).
- Brittle crack susceptibility of low temperature separator vessel material (GIK Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Pakistan)
