Registration Information **(Now Open)**
The course fee is $2700. The fee covers all the instruction, course notes, program materials, refreshment breaks, continental breakfast and lunches (Monday-Thursday), a reception, and a picnic dinner on Wednesday evening. Registrants are responsible for all other meals. The fee may be paid by check, money order, IDCC (Penn State employees only to & CNI - a completed registration form is required to process your registration), purchase order (made payable to Penn State), letter of authorization to bill employer or organization, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA.
To register, either use the electronic registration link below (this is the easiest method) or print out the registration form below, fill it in and fax it to our Conferences and Institutes before June 1, 2016. They will then call you to ask for your credit card number to pay for the course. You may also register with your credit card by calling (814)-863-5100. You will be promptly notified of any cancellations, schedule, or program changes. Conferences and Institutes will confirm your enrollment in the program and provide information on travel, accommodations, final registration and parking. Enrollment is limited, so register early.
Refunds shall be made for cancellations received in writing by May 8, 2016. Cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative fee. After that the participant or organization shall be held responsible for the full course fee. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
