The Department of Engineering Science and Mechanics offers several academic programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels.



Undergraduate Education in Engineering Science and Mechanics

The Engineering Science major is a course of studies culminating in an honors Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Science. Students can also receive minors in Engineering Mechanics and Nanotechnology. Undergraduate Minors



Graduate Education in Engineering Science and Mechanics

Graduate students can earn a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.), Master of Science (M.S.) or a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in a number of areas. This program offers many opportunities for world-class research.

General Requirements for Graduate Studies

Integrated Undergraduate/Graduate program

Advanced curriculum that combines the undergraduate and graduate experience in a five year course of study, culminating in both a Bachelor of Science and a Masters degree.
