Registration
All participants, including all authors, speakers, chairs and co-chairs must register and pay the appropriate fee. Pre-registration is required for publication of an abstract in the proceedings. To register for the SES 2006 conference please download the registration by clicking on the link below, and use Adobe Reader, version 6 or version 7 (formerly Adobe Acrobat Reader), to fill out the form. Adobe Acrobat Professional or Adobe Acrobat Standard may also be used. You may make your payment by mail or by fax (do not email the form for payment by credit card because we need to have your signature). If paying by mail, print the completed form and mail it with your check or credit card information to:

If paying by fax, you may fax your completed registration form with credit card information to 814-865-3969. Please use Adobe Reader to fill out all fields in the registration form (except your signature) so that all information is legible. If you have questions concerning registration call 814-865-7643.
Attendees may register for the full program, which includes:
- three days of meetings
- conference proceedings
- conference reception (Sunday Aug. 13, 6:30 PM)
- refreshments during meeting breaks
The cost of early registration for the full program is $400 and cost of late registration is $450. Early registration for the full program for students is $115, and late registration for the full program for students is $165.
Or attendees may register for one day which includes:
- one day of meetings
- conference proceedings
- refreshments during meeting breaks
The cost of registration for the one day program is $300, and the cost of student registration for the one day program is $130.
Pre-registration begins now and lasts through June 9, 2006.
Late Registration is available after June 9, 2006

All registrants will receive an email confirmation of their registration after it has been processed. You must include your email address on the registration form to receive this confirmation.
In addition to conference registration, attendees may sign up for the conference banquet (Tuesday Evening Aug. 15) and select their menu choice on the registration form.
Reception
An opening reception will be held at the Nittany Lion Inn on Sunday evening, August 13, starting at 6:30 PM. Hors d'oeuvres will be served. Please plan to attend to network with old friends and to make new ones.
Conference Banquet
The conference banquet will take place Tuesday evening at 7:00 PM in the Ballroom of the Nittany Lion Inn. There will be a half-hour reception prior to the dinner. The medalists will be honored at the banquet and the student prizes will be awarded. Note that the dinner is not included in the base registration and must be purchased as a separate item.
Accompanying Persons' Program
Several events are also being planned for persons accompanying attendees (e.g. spouses). These events include:
