Accommodations

• Accommodations are available at the conference site, The Nittany Lion Inn. In addition to the convenience of staying at the conference location, the Nittany Lion Inn also provides free parking. Contact the Nittany Lion Inn for reservations at 800-233-7505. The rates are $111/single, $121/double, $131/triple, and $141/quadruple per night. Be sure to mention "Reservation ID # SES0812" in order to get the special rate as a participant in the meeting.
  
  
  • The Inn has wireless connectivity in the Ballrooms, Atrium, Rotunda, and Penn State Room, along with most of the guest rooms. There is no special access requirements or charges. Because it is an old property the connectivity is not always flawless—but all meeting rooms and guestrooms have an Ethernet port in them as well if needed.

• For information on accommodations off campus please see this page. No rooms have been blocked at any off campus location. All off campus accommodations are at least a 15 minute walk from the conference site.
  
  
• The cutoff date for all of the above is July 15. Penn State will be holding its Summer Graduation on August 12. Attendees are strongly advised to make their room reservations prior to July 15 as rooms are likely to be hard to find after that in State College.
