Dr. Akhlesh Lakhtakia, Charles Godfrey Binder Professor of Engineering Science and Mechanics, delivered the Inaugural Lecture on September 16 at the 2009 Annual Meeting of the Spanish section of Union Radio-Scientifique Internationale (URSI), held in Santander, Spain.
