Dr. Osama Awadelkarim, professor of engineering science and mechanics, will present a paper titled Current-Voltage Characteristics and Charge-Carrier Traps in N-Type 4H-SiC Schottky Structures at the International Conference on Materials for Advanced Technologies 2005 (ICMAT 2005), 9th International Conference on Advanced Materials (IUMRS-ICAM), July 3-8, 2005, in Singapore. The presentation will be made during the symposium session on SiC and Related Materials. The paper was co-authored with K. Sarpatwari*, L. J. Passmore*, Samia Suliman*, G. M. Dolny, and R. S. Ridley.
