Dr. Samia Suliman, assistant professor of engineering science and mechanics, will present a paper titled Fowler-Nordheim and Hot Carrier Reliabilities of U-Shaped Trench-Gated Transistors Studied by Three Terminal Charge Pumping at the International Conference on Materials for Advanced Technologies 2005 (ICMAT 2005), 9th International Conference on Advanced Materials (IUMRS-ICAM), July 3-8, 2005, in Singapore.
