Nanotech Briefs magazine, a digital publication from the publishers of NASA Tech Briefs, has recognized Penn State's Sculptured Thin Film (STF) technology as a winner in the first annual Nanotech Brief's. The Nano 50 recognizes the top 50 technologies, products, and innovators that have significiantly impacted or are expected to impact the state of the art in nanotechnology.

The Nano 50 presentations will be made at a special award dinner to be held during the NASA Tech Briefs Nano 2005 conference in Boston, November 11 and 12, 2005.
