Guneet Sethi, (doctoral candidate in Engineering Science and Mechanics) will present a paper titled "Processing of High-k Oxide Thin Films for High Energy Density Capacitors" in the 'Materials for Power Electronics' session of the 53rd International Symposium of the American Vacuum Society (AVS), to be held November 12 through November 17, 2006 in San Francisco, CA, USA.
