Adam Shaw, undergraduate student in Engineering Science, invited you to join the Global Water Brigades, a new club at Penn State. The focus of the Brigades is to increase health and well-being in poorer countries by projects to bring potable water to communities in need. Michael Lapsley, Graduate Student in Engineering Science and Mechanics, under the advising of Dr. Tony Huang, was awarded the NASA Pennsylvania Space Grant Consortium (PSGC), Graduate Research Fellowship.” The PSGC is awarded to outstanding students that promote graduate study leading to masters or doctoral degrees in the fields of science, mathematics, engineering, and technology related to NASA research and development. Congratulations Michael!
