Professor Barbara Shaw
Dr. Barbara Shaw, Professor in Engineering Science and Mechanics, and Sean Pursel, Graduate Student in Engineering Science and Mechanics, will be presenting a talk entitled “Biocorrosion of Materials within the Human Body.” The talk will be presented at the Gordon conference on Aqueous Corrosion in New London, New Hampshire on August 27.

Professor Joseph Cusumano
Dr. Joseph Cusumano, Professor in Engineering Science and Mechanics, will be attending the American Society of Biomechanics (ASB), thirty fourth annual meeting in Providence, Rhode Island. Professor Joseph Cusumano
Dr. Joseph Cusumano, Professor in Engineering Science and Mechanics, will be attending the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) International Design Technical Engineering Conferences (IDETC) from August 15-18 in Montreal, Canada.
