It is exact (by definition for digital computers), but science?

(I hope I ever get time to work on that book instead on distributing
TeX... Volunteers to fund a month of leave to finish the draft?)

Howdy,

You've had time to write a partial draft? Hey... get back to work!

Bruno and Gerben

" kpsewhich lmodern.sty " returns nothing.

I had un 2004 TeX Expert installed and to upgrade, I've chosen also =3D20
Expert and checked TeXLive Programs 2005 powerpc in the Packages Parts.
Yesterday, the install started immediately but today there is a =3D20
warning :
     " Selection problem
Your selection results in a non-working installation as
there will be no working programs or no foundation
       installed as a result. "
I have selected the same packages parts as yesterday.

Same here: 2005/08/26 18:53:26 setup, but no lmodern.sty and no lm =20

My apologies. I have made a mistake. I had already removed the old=20
stuff expecting the new LM before I woul drelease, but that did not=20
happen. I'll put the current version back.

For now, I just have a stupid idea : is your LaTeX installation the
same on both computer ? Since LaTeXiT relies on LaTeX (more precisely
on pdflatex), as a developer, I assume that it's not my program
that's wrong ;-)

A little more seriously : can you give me the exact preamble/source
code that you try to use ?

Pierre Chatelier

Fixed. Please keep testing. This is the stuff that will in the coming=20
weeks freeze to become TL2005.
