For conversion from LaTeX to HTML, TeX4ht appears to be good. It even 
works with well with packages such as lettrine (Drop Caps). For the 
FAQ, if you use \subsection or \subsubsection for questions and regular 
paragraphs for answers, TeX4ht can be configured to create a linked 
HTML table of contents.

Subject: [OS X TeX] How to Control Page Numbering

Howdy all,
	Is it possible to control the symbols that LaTeX uses to 
number pages? (Other than simply brute-forcing numbers using a 
footer)  I'm trying to write a document that uses roman numerals to 
label a few pages, and then finishes the rest of the document using 
regular Arabic numbers.
